This technical advisory services contract provides funding for information and communications technology (ICT) procurement specialists to support ongoing and future procurement assistance programs under USTDA's Global Procurement Initiative: Understanding Best Value (GPI).

The ICT procurement specialists provide technical advisory services to USTDA for the development of sector-specific training curricula for foreign procurement officials on how to conduct life-cycle cost analyses (LCCA) and best value determinations in the ICT sector.
