Grant Description

The Libya Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Reverse Trade Mission (RTM) Program consisted of two separate RTMs that introduced public and private sector representatives from Libya to U.S. providers for technology, equipment, and services in the ICT sector and also exposed delegates to regulatory and operational strategies, financing structures and resources, procurement best practices, and executive level training.

The RTM Program demonstrated U.S. technologies and operational best practices that will support Libya's effort to modernize and transform the key ICT subsectors of cyber security and data center development.
