Grant Description

This $219,520 orientation visit of Kazakh rail officials assists U.S. businesses in presenting U.S. railway solutions.

The OV allows Kazakh officials to gain exposure to U.S. advanced railway technology used in areas such as train control, power supply, track maintenance, and multimodal rail facilities. The OV includes site visits of U.S. facilities and meetings with leading U.S. companies and U.S. Government agencies active in the rail sector.
