Grant Description

This Libya Information and Communication Technology Reverse Trade Mission (RTM) Program consists of two separate RTMs that introduce public and private sector representatives from Libya to U.S. providers of technology, equipment and services in the ICT sector and also expose delegates to regulatory and operational strategies, financing structures and resources, procurement best practices, and executive level training.

The RTM Program demonstrates U.S. technologies and operational best practices that will support Libya's effort to modernize and transform the key ICT subsectors of cyber security and data center development.
