Grant Description

This Study assesses the current condition of the Basra refinery and outlines the necessary engineering, equipment and supply and construction efforts necessary to bring the Basra refinery to an international standard of operation. The Study is conducted on a sole-source basis by Shaw Energy and Chemicals Group.
