Grant Description

This $5,000 desk study reviewed a request for assistance from Royal Power Integrated and General Services Limited for a feasibility study to investigate the technical and financial feasibility of building an approximately 275 megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired power plant located in Badagry, Lagos State.

The project would improve the reliability of power supply in Lagos, sub-Saharan Africas most populous city.
