This definitional mission (DM) is identifying and evaluating opportunities for USTDA funding consideration related to water and wastewater utility energy efficiency and power generation technologies.

The DM contractor is also developing a "fast track" template Terms of Reference for water and wastewater energy efficiency feasibility studies, to be used for future project development in the Latin America and the Caribbean region.
