Cloud Computing Assessment and Cloud Center Excellence, through Astro Systems, Inc.

This grant funds technical assistance for the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to conduct a cloud computing assessment and help implement a Cloud Center of Excellence.

Specifically, the TA will provide DICT with a comprehensive assessment of the overall cloud computing environment in the Philippines and define the strategy and organizational structure for the CCOE, a small working group to be responsible for planning, catalyzing, and managing the public-sector migration to the cloud.
