Grant Description

This grant is partially funding a feasibility study and pilot project for the China Electricity Council (CEC). The project is implementing big data solutions for operational analytics at one electric utility to be selected by CEC.

The Big Data solution is designed to systematically integrate and generate a variety of large sets of data from the electrical grid, allowing a utility to respond quickly to changing conditions. The FS is being conducted on a sole source basis by Clear Innovative Technology Solutions, LLC. (Reston, VA).
