Grant Description

In October 2011 during a visit between Seychelles President James Michel and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, the Chinese Government pledged to provide an RMB 40 million grant and donate 10 Yutong buses (see record ID #89369) to the Government of Seychelles. The buses were officially handed over in a small ceremony held May 2, 2012 at the SPTC’s depot at New Port.
