Project Summary The parent grant focuses on the genetic determinants of distinct immune microenvironments and response to immunotherapy. The objective focuses on determining the genes regulating tumor composition in order to enhance tumor immunity. Similarly, this project focuses on determining the tumor microenvironment composition between males

and females before immunotherapy a critical cofactor in all our genetic analyses.
