FY23 TASK ORDER E - 126330 B320 TRAILER

The purpose of this project is to replace the deteriorating admin Trailer 320 with a new admin trailer that accommodates both the square footage of existing Trailer 320 (1,430 GSF) and part of the square footage of prior removed Trailer 440 (1,300 GSF). This project is Phase 3 of multiple year phases to replace NCIFrederick’s

aging trailers. The trailers will be purchased in lieu of leased per NCI direction. The new trailer layout at approximately 1,792 GSF, as coordinated with and approved by the NCI on 4/12/23, will accommodate a total of fourteen (14) occupants (10 DCTD and 4 OSO).
