The Chinese project title is 塞内加尔达喀尔市政交通疏导项目 or 尼亚耶公路扩建项目 or 达喀尔道路疏通改善项目 or 尼亚耶公路改扩建项目 or 达喀尔高架桥和尼亚耶公路改扩建项目.
2. One source suggests that the loan agreement may have been signed in early 2023. This issue warrants further investigation.
3. The Chinese Loans to Africa (CLA) Database, managed by the Boston University Global Development Policy (GDP) Center, claims that Bank of China is the lender of record rather than China Development Bank (see https://www.bu.edu/gdp/files/2023/08/GCI_PB_019_CLA-2023-FIN.pdf).
