Administrative Core 1 Abstract The overall goal of this program project is to design and develop panbetacoronavirus (panbetaCoV) vaccines for group 2b and 2c betaCoVs that will be available when the next coronavirus outbreak occurs. This programproject will have four projects, an Administrative core and two supporting share resource cores. To support the success
of this grant, the Administrative Core will coordinate and monitor scientific and administrative activities and ensure all projects and cores synergize and maintain all aspects of compliance with federal and state regulations. The financial management, administrative management, and sharing of resources across projects and cores will
be the responsibility of this core. Financial stability and regulatory compliance is of top priority and will be closely monitored by Core 1. To achieve these functions, the following Specific Aims will be completed through the processes described below: o Aim 1. Provide overall P01 management, coordination, and supervision of the Program.
o Aim 2. Ensure timely financial accounting and reporting. o Aim 3. Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal research guidelines. o Aim 4. Develop and implement P01 communication, publication, and data sharing plans. o Aim 5. Provide statistical support for all data analyses. The administrative core will work to achieve these goals and the scientific goals set by this program project in
