Molecular mechanistic studies of long “noncoding” RNAs in mammalian cell differentiation

Project Summary/Abstract The goal of this application is to obtain funding for purchasing the Jess System from the ProteinSimple for automatic and quantitative protein analysis. The Jess System will offer us high sensitivity, high reproducibility, accurate protein quantification, and high throughput automated fast

protein analysis. These technical capabilities will significantly improve our research programs and enhance the Rigor and Reproducibility of our research outlined in our parental R01 award.
