Grant Description

On February 2, 2022 a farewell ceremony was held for the 5th Chinese military medical team to Sierra Leone. The event was held by the Sierra Leone Ministry of National Defense.

Chinese Ambassador Hu Zhangliang gave a speech at the ceremony in the presence of Sierra Leone's Deputy Minister of Defense Muana Massaquoi, Chief of Defense Staff Sullay Sesay, and other senior generals of the Sierra Leonean Army. The team arrived in Sierra Leone sometime before the end of July in 2020.
