Grant Description

On March 13, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia donated 250 sets of stationery and backpacks, as well as 250 eye exam and glasses vouchers, to children from low- to medium-income families in Perak state.

This marked the second event of the Sunshine Growth Program (阳光成长计划), a joint effort by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and the Malaysia-China Friendship Association. The program aims to support the development of children from low- to medium-income families in Malaysia. The first event was held in Kelantan state on February 26, 2023.
