Grant Description

On August 24th, 2023, a farewell ceremony was held in Vientiane, Laos for the 350 Lao students who received the Chinese Government Scholarship.

The recipients of this scholarship will study in China for bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degrees in the 2023-2024 academic year. This donation is part of a larger trend of over 6,000 scholarships from China since 2018-2022 awarded to Lao students.
