Grant Description

On September 28, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in North Macedonia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Presidential Cabinet to donate MKD 1,280,000 (approx. €20,000) for the re-equipping of the Cystic Fibrosis Center at the Public Health Institute for Lung Diseases in Children in Kozle, Skopje.

The memorandum was signed by Chinese Ambassador Zhang Zuo, Health Minister Fatmir Medziti, and the Secretary General of the President’s Cabinet, Mile Bosnjakovski.

The funds will be used to purchase children’s beds, monitors for vital signs, physiotherapy devices, and diagnostic equipment to improve treatment capacity at the center.
