Grant Description
On February 17th, 2023, the Embassy of The People's Republic of China in Georgia announced the China Scholarship Council's 2023 National Youth Excellence Scholarship program as part of the Chinese Government Scholarship.
The scholarship is open to master's degree students, and is intended to train global governance talents with a broad international perspective, superior comprehensive quality, outstanding leadership, and a multicultural background.
Recipients will study in China for 12 months to earn their master's degree, although some programs may require a second year of research in Georgia before a degree is earned. It is unknown how many Georgians received the National Youth Excellence Scholarship in 2023.
