Grant Description

SUMMARY We developed a comprehensive plan that builds on our experience and expertise to achieve excellence in both training and dissemination. We will leverage the existing resources on our campus for preparing our trainees in all aspects of becoming our future successful peers. At the same time, we plan to contribute to the community

with new educational and training material that stem from our Center’s research. In order to disseminate the CLIMB technology, knowledge, and expertise we will employ a variety of methods meant to reach our audience across many channels of communication existing today. We laid out a rigorous plan for assessing the progress

in both training and dissemination, based on quantitative metrics.
