The contractor will attend a Kick-off Programmatic Meeting by conference call with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and other Program and Office of Acquisition Staff where the Contractor shall provide a presentation and participate in discussion of best practices and other standardized procedures that will be used under all Task Orders for the Base Statement of Work, as well as discussion of potential expansion or improvement of the CTSU program.

The contractor will also submit a Meeting Summary Report that includes the Contractor’s recommendations for best practices, potential expansion, and improvement of the CTSU Program. The report shall also include a summary of the Programmatic Meeting.
