Grant Description

On May 30, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in South Sudan, together with the South Sudan Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the South Sudan Overseas Chinese Federation, held the “China and Africa Join Hands to Warm the Hearts of Children” event at the Juba Boulders Orphanage to care for the health of South Sudanese children.

At the event, the 10th Chinese medical team sent to South Sudan provided free medical treatment to the children on site and donated some urgently needed medicines.

The event also donated daily necessities such as clothing, stationery, toys, and other daily necessities, as well as rice, flour, oil, and other food to more than a thousand orphans.
