Grant Description

On February 23 2005, China signs an Economic and Technical Cooperation agreement to grant Kenya 200 million shillings for implementation of jointly identified development projects in various fields. Another source (econstor.eu) suggests the amount of grant to be 10,387,000 USD.

Possible organizations involved in collaboration mentioned at the ceremony include the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the Kenyan Ministry of Planning and National Development and the Kenyan Ministry of Energy.
