Grant Description

On May 31, 2023, the Chinese Embassy and the Noor Foundation held a handover ceremony for the donation of 100 care packages to Nigerien orphans at the Village d'Enfants SOS in Niamey, Niger.

The donation was intended to support the health and well-being of Nigerien children as part of the China-Africa Join Hands to Warm Children's Hearts program, organized by the Chinese Embassy and the Noor Foundation, which is led by Niger's First Lady. The care packages included health products, school supplies, and toys.

Recipients were also provided with medical consultations by the 23rd Chinese Medical Team to Niger (captured in Record ID #100379)
