Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy Ji Denghua; Elo, Secretary of State for Health and Social Welfare; Oro, Secretary General of the First Lady’s Foundation; Senator Ndong, Chief Adviser to the First Lady; Consuelo, Minister of Social Affairs and Gender Equality; and senior officials from the Presidency and Ministry of Education and Science attended the event.

In addition to the medical examinations, the Chinese Embassy donated medicine kits, books, audiovisual materials, sports equipment, daily-use items, and over 200 personal "love bag" care packages containing health supplies, stationery, and food to the orphans (captured in Record ID#107702).
