STAT3 Variants as a Rheostat of Immune Tolerance Administrative Core Project Summary A strong Project (P01) collaboration requires key centralized organizational structures to foster lab-to-lab interactions. The Administrative Core will provide the infrastructure required for efficient completion of the
combined project goals. As detailed in the Research Plan, each of the three proposed projects has contributions from investigators representing two separate institutions. A strong administrative hub, represented by the Administrative Core, is an essential part of the P01 to make this inter-institutional approach
successful. This Administrative Core serves to faciliate everything from managing videoconferencing and face- to-face meetings to coordinating regulatory requirements and practical considerations for sharing of research samples. By supporting scheduled recurring meetings, the core will function to ensure efficient data transfer
and updates on project progress. The success of an individual investigator's planned contributions may hinge on the results or samples generated from another investigator. The core will function to ensure that information and specimens are transferred in an efficient manner as to not delay the planned timelines.
