This syndicated loan was split into two tranches.
BOC contributed to the two-year Bt 4 billion tranche. Bank of China joined as a co-arranger with Bt 200 million.
In addition to BOC, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi committed Bt 1 billion and acted as the mandated lead arranger; Mizuho Corporate Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp each provided Bt 800 million; and BNP Paribas and Calyon held Bt 600 million apiece.
Not recorded in this project but worth noting, the yen 9.515 billion seven-year portion was increased from yen 8.7 billion.
