Grant Description

ICBC and Bank of China (Bangkok) contributions to 15 billion JPY syndicated loan for Krungthai Card On March 6 2006, a 15 billion JPY three-year syndicated loan was signed for Krungthai Card. The bullet loan offers a margin of 57.5bp over yen Libor. Nine banks have joined sole book-runner Barclays Capital on the deal.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Mizuho Corporate Bank joined in sub-underwriting as mandated lead arrangers.

Bank of China (Bangkok) (recorded in Record ID#104745), Bank of Taiwan, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, E Sun Commercial Bank, International Commercial Bank of China, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (recorded in this project), and Norinchukin Bank and Sumitomo Trust & Banking have also committed to the deal.

Arrangers joining with yen1.15bn and above earn fees of 22.5bp, while co-arrangers will take 18bp for yen900m to yen1.149bn. Banks committing yen600m to yen899m will earn 13.5bp and the title of senior manager.
