Grant Description

On September 18, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Burundi, UNICEF, and the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Burundi donated 560 desk-benches to Burundi primary schools. About 420 were to be given to Bukinanyana and about 100 to Musongati school. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. The donation ceremony was held at Bukinanyana Primary School for the desk-benches.
