Grant Description

On August 23, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda hosted a farewell ceremony for eighty students departing for China. They received Chinese Government Scholarships to pursue higher education.

Chinese ambassador Wang Xuekun, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Phillip Karenzi, and Director General of the Higher Education Council Rose Mukankomeje all attended the ceremony.
