Grant Description

From January 30 to February 3, 2023, China launched its training program for administrators in Rwanda's aviation industry.

The program was stipulated in a contract signed between China and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2020 and funded by China's South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund. Chinese ambassador Wang Xuekun attended its opening ceremony on January 30 and delivered a speech.
