Grant Description

On February 26, 2018, China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC) participated in a rescue mission to construct a "passage of life" after a magnitude 7.5 earthquake occurred in Hela Province, Papua New Guinea. CREC cleared obstacles on the road for emergency response cars to pass through. On the same day, CREC donated 24,000 PNG Kina to the government of Papua New Guinea (Linked to Record ID#104461).
