Grant Description

On April 5, 2023, the Regional Hospital of Canchungo (Hospital Regional de Cacheu) in the Cacheu region of northern Guinea-Bissau received a batch of medical equipment and medicine offered by the Chinese medical team in the country, sent by Sichuan province (see record 101443).

The medical team, in addition to providing free medical and medication consultations to local residents, also offered batches of materials for surgery, pediatrics, orthopedics, cardiopulmonary, traditional medicine and acupuncture. The monetary value of the materials is unknown.
