Grant Description

On May 10, the Chinese embassy in Jordan signed an agreement with Jordan's Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to support the rights of people with disabilities and to provide medical equipment and assistance devices. On August 9, the Chinese ambassador in Jordan attended the handover ceremony for the donation to the Council.

The donation includes medical equipment and assistive devices such as wheelchairs. The Council was to distribute it to beneficiaries through partner services. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
