Grant Description

On November 15, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Gabon enhanced Omar Bongo University's (UOB) library with a multimedia room.

The donation includes a wide range of cutting-edge equipment, such as computers, printers, inverters, and various auxiliaries.

The computers were pre-loaded with access to various educational resources: links to international digital libraries, Chinese news websites, and other relevant resources. Ambassador Li Jinjin highlighted this initiative as part of strengthening China-Gabon cooperation.

He hoped UOB students would utilize the new multimedia room to leverage digital advancements and contribute to national development.
