Grant Description

In August, 2023, the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region signed an agreement on scholarships.

The agreement specified that 25 Kyrgyz citizens would receive scholarships to study at higher education institutions in Xinjiang in the 2023-2024 academic year.
