Grant Description

On July 7, 2023, the China-Dominica Cardiovascular Imaging Center and Telemedicine Center at the China-Dominica Friendship Hospital was established.

This project was supported by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Health Commission, and implemented by the The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University.

The project entailed construction of the center as well as equipping it with advanced magnetic resonance workstations, magnetic resonance contrast agents, high-pressure injectors and other hardware and software facilities.

The center will organize multiple personnel to come to China for training, domestic experts to go to Dominica for guidance, and continuous online and offline academic exchanges.
