Grant Description
As part of China's continued efforts to make Sao Tome and Principe malaria-free, on April 25, 2022, or World Disease Combat Day, the 17th Chinese Medical Team (China Anti-Malaria Expert Group) relocated to the Caldeiras community in the Lobata District. Caldeiras is the first Poverty Reduction Demonstration Village in Sao Tome and Principe.
After giving a lecture at the Caldeiras Primary School on malaria prevention which is represented by Record ID#102566, the team donated materials to the Caldeiras community that can help in preventing malaria as well as school supplies (mosquito nets, backpacks, pencils, notebooks, sweaters, hats, anti-mosquito coils, etc.).
