Grant Description
On May 8, 2023, a departure meeting was held for 20 agricultural entrepreneurs from Sao Tome and Principe participating in the Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Technology Training Course hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and carried out by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Group Co., Ltd.
The training was planned to last one month, and was intended to improve agricultural production efficiency and expand the market for products from Sao Tome and Principe.
At the departure meeting, Ambassador Xu Yingzhen and Sao Tome and Principe's Minister of Agriculture Jesus delivered speeches and issued passports and t-shirts to the students. The participants departed for China on May 9, 2023.
