Grant Description

Representatives visited Caldeiras Primary School and gave a few of the most outstanding students tablets as part of their continued effort to reduce poverty in the region.

Their handover ceremony took place on March 10, 2022, or Education Day, and nearly 100 people including the dean, teachers, and students attended.

During the activity, Ambassador Xu distributed toys to kindergarten children and school supplies such as tablets to representatives of outstanding students in primary schools.

The teachers and students of the Confucius Institute collectively sang the Chinese song "Friends" and led the children to sing Chinese children's songs and play interactive games together.
