On December 21, 2022, Chinese Ambassador Shao Zheng met with Yemeni Minister of Local Administration Agbari in Aden.

They discussed the recent batch of garbage removal and transportation equipment worth 8.2 million yuan donated by China which arrived at the port of Aden.
