Nolana plans to develop an enterprise B2B behavioural and project management solution that leverages advancements in large-language-model (LLM) technology to enhance organisational and staff productivity as well as improve wellbeing.
Only 34% of organisations complete projects within budget (Wellingtone,2024) and 82% of employees lose 1-3+ productive hours a day because of juggling multiple priorities (HROToday,2024). Meanwhile, remote work limited the positive impact of managerial support and guidance, with only 26% of workers finding feedback helpful (Gallup, 2021). In the UK, the issue is even more acute as productivity growth has stagnated at 0.4% annually since 2008 (ONS,2024).
The global Project Portfolio Management (PPM) market is expected to grow from £5.1 billion in 2023 to £9.5 billion by 2028 (IDC,2024). Nolana's AI-driven solution helps teams and organisations become more productive in order to complete projects on time and within budget. This frees up resources for further business expansion, ultimately supporting the UK's national mission to boost growth.
Nolana's leadership team has 26-years of combined experience at Amazon, Google, AMD, and Samsung in Product Management, AI Research, and Software Development. They have experienced, firsthand, the challenges associated with siloed teams, which require management support to advance key priorities.
