Grant Description
On October 12, 2022, an opening ceremony was held for the Belt and Road National Photovoltaic Power Generation Design, Construction and Operation and Maintenance Training Course.
The course was hosted by the training center of the Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by China Power Construction Group Zhongnan Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.
The training included courses on the development of China’s photovoltaic industry, the construction and operation management of ground photovoltaic power stations, distributed photovoltaic power generation, and operation management. The training lasted for 14 days, beginning on October 12, 2022 and concluding on October 25, 2022.
The monetary value of this training course is unknown. 15 representative students from the Ministry of Energy and Mines and the Electric Power Company in Eritrea attended the ceremony. Economic and Business Counselor Lieutenant Jinming also attended.
