Customer satisfaction is declining across various sectors in the UK. One solution is implementing automated customer service systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve interactions between customers and businesses.
However, privacy risks associated with LLMs are a concern due to the potential exposure of sensitive personal information. Therefore, there is a need for secure and privacy-preserving LLMs (PP-LLMs) tailored for customer service while minimising access to personal data.
To address the need for PP-LLMs, Algomo is partnering with experts in data protection and cybersecurity in Germany and UK academic institutions to deliver secure customer service automation.
