Volatile compound identification without mass spectrometry

The project relates to the development of a system for high-precision volatile organic compound (VOC) measurements in the field. The project aims to develop a method and an instrument, which is able to identify and quantify low concentrations of important VOCs in brewing, coffee roasting and air quality, without using today's method of choice - mass spectrometer.

The ability not to use a mass spectrometer allows significant savings in both instrument and its operation costs and reduces the complexity of the device and the measurement task.
