A Novel Writing Service

I Read Your Writing has been providing editorial support to a range of academic, corporate and creative writers since 2017\. Since 2022 it has refocussed on creative writing activities. This project will develop an innovative technological product that streamlines the editorial process and provides motivational and developmental support to writers looking to complete a draft ready for publication.

The software enhances an editorial approach that has been developed and refined over the last seven years and proven beneficial to writers at any competency. The client-facing part of the application will be designed to make it easy and efficient for writers to develop their skills while also contributing valuable content to their final draft. Its design is such that, regardless of a client's time commitments, they will be able to work regularly on their writing in a manageable and productive way.

Administrative elements of the software will provide an opportunity to build capacity, including recruitment and training of an additional editor, without compromising the consistency or quality of service. As such the project will begin to make the company's offering replicable at scale, building the groundwork for sustainable growth, while maintaining personalised services to a range of backgrounds and budgets.
