The growth of biomanufacturing, characterised by an ever-increasing number of bioproduced molecules including life-saving drugs, is hampered by high bioprocessing failure rates that incur over $2 billion in annual losses for companies like Johnson & Johnson. It is also associated with significant environmental impacts, particularly in sterilisation processes.
Single-use technologies have emergedas a solution, yet they require advanced sensing capabilities for full effectiveness.
InSpek addresses this need with its multi-sensoron- a-chip technology, utilising waveguide-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (WERS) and Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC).
Our PICsintegrate essential bioprocessing sensors Raman spectroscopy, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and others into a single, compact platform.
InSpek's non-invasive technology outperforms traditional sensors in cost and efficiency, enhancing real-time bioprocess monitoring and reducing the development time for new biotherapies.
