Conic: Forming the Bedrock

Conic is a UK/Ireland film distributor that does things differently. We've been going since 2022, and have 13 incredible and award-winning films on our slate.

This project is developing the 'bedrock' which underlies everything we do. We're embedding technology to track data on titles to find out how and where they succeed so we can better plan future releases. We are investing in leading distribution software, integrating it with our finance processes, our website and other systems and also tracking and understanding our grassroots audience engagement impact.

We look for visionary filmmakers, strong stories, new voices. Quality matters, and we don't shy away from films which could be seen as difficult to distribute.

Conic's key goals are cultural -- bringing quality films to audiences; commercial -- building a sustainable and positive business; and with an eye on continuation -- returning royalties to the filmmakers whose films we distribute to enable them to make more great work.
