After 10-years of focused research on how foods impact iron absorption in the body, our multidisciplinary team of scientists and entrepreneurs founded FeJuice in 2020.

Anemia is a disorder in which the blood has a reduced ability to carry oxygen to body tissues due to a reduced number of red blood cells.

The most common type of anemia is iron-deficiency anemia or IDA, a condition associated with fatigue, lost productivity, lost cognitive function, and increased morbidity risks. Almost every woman has IDA at least once during her life.

With 27% of the population worldwide, or 2.1 billion people, suffering from the condition, we believe each individual should have access to natural and side-effect free treatment and prevention solutions.

With most of our funds currently committed to product development activities, the lump sum provided by the Women TechEU programme, combined with the coaching and enhanced visibility, will be fundamental to us overcoming our commercial challenges.
